Uaxactun Tour

Located 23 km to the north of Tikal, it has medium and large structures with a similar style to those found at Tikal. It is a site famous for its maya observatory and for its annual equinox festival, and has a variety of stellae as well as a fantastic panoramic view of the jungle from the top of its main temple. Its name means “Eight stones”, and it is a great complement for those also visiting Tikal.
